I already have a custom domain. Can I use it?
In your Hosting+ we’ve got your domain covered, extra domains are possible for these prices. Or you can keep ownership of your domain and forward them to our nameservers. Click here for the manual.
Are site+ website mobile-ready?
Mobile ready.. mobile friendly.. mobile first? Yes!
But we don’t discriminate. We’re there for all sizes and shapes. And did you find that one-in-a-million device or browser with an error, please let us know!
Can I cancel at any time?
All our contracts easy & clear. Since we’re investing in your website, all contracts are for a full year. Even if you pay monthly. Site+ is fit for members who stick together.
If you want to cancel your subscription, do this two months in advance. Because after month 10, we’ll reach out to rebuild your website to be ready for the year ahead!
If you plan to leave us, you’ve got the following options:
– transfer your website after the full year to a hosting provider of your choice.
– transfer your website directly to a new provider, after we’ve charged the outstanding amount, that is: the months that are still open in the contract.
What uptime percentage does Site+ promise?
Your website will be online for at least 99% of the time. For websites which are truly essential to your business, you can upgrade to 99.9%. All as stated in our terms and conditions.
